Arcola High Bridge
From Railroad Crossing Wiki
Built in 1909, the Arcola High Bridge is about 180 feet high, and spans more than 2,600 feet over the St. Croix River between May Township, Minnesota (north of Stillwater) and Sommerset, Wisconsin. The bridge is owned by Canadian National Railroad.
There is parking in a designated area along Arcola Trail about a quarter-mile south of the tracks. The trail takes you through public land for a view from the river banks.
