Known locally as Traeger's, the original restaurant was built before 1935, had a fire in 1982, and changed hands numerous times between 1975 and 2004. It was demolished in August 2010. There was also a motor inn located on the property which was built in 1959 and razed in 2006.[1]

Motel

A 12 unit motor inn was built on the property in 1959 and was named Traeger Motel. There was a pool located behind the restaurant. By 2004 it was abandoned, along with the restaurant building, and by 2006 it was deemed hazardous by the city due to vandalism and dumping. It was razed in 2006.
